TAKE
AN COIN

Each wallet contains a coin that you can see but cannot open. You can take one coin while its guardian is asleep and bring it home, though its weight will slow your pace, before breaking it open to reveal actual coins like BTC, ETH, SOL, etc., which generate earnings every second. Rarity, size, and mutations are determined randomly when the coin is broken open, while Speed, upgraded incrementally via a treadmill, is the key to unlocking the next biome.

The 12-biome progression

The map is the progression.

Testnet is where every run starts and it asks for no Speed at all. After that the zones open one gate at a time, from Mempool at 900 Speed to Satoshi's Vault at 20B, and every biome keeps its own guardian beside the nests. Rarer coins sit further out, so rarity is the ceiling of the zone you can survive.

Twelve biome gates, each with its guardian
12 Biomes

Progression is the map: Testnet is free to enter, the gates then run 900 → 20B, and every one has a guardian.

10 Rarity tiers

Common, Uncommon, Rare, Epic, Legendary, Mythic, Cosmic, Secret, Eternal, Divine.

5min Nest reset

Every nest refills on a five-minute timer, so a zone is never farmed out.

8 Treadmill steps

Base +2 Speed per step up to Hacker at +500, before the trail multiplies any of it.

01

Speed is the whole progression

Income per second buys pens, treadmills and trails. Treadmill steps add Speed, a trail multiplies it, and the next biome only opens once you can afford both.

Progression
02

The carry is the content

A guardian sleeps beside every nest. Take the coin and run: the bigger it is, the heavier it is, and the more of your Speed it eats on the way home.

Loop
03

Rarity is a ten-step ladder

Each biome has its own coin list with a floor and a ceiling. Testnet tops out at Legendary; Satoshi's Vault runs all the way to three Divine coins.

Colour is cosmetic here

Coin colour never changes income. Shape, size and mutation do, and size and colour are separate rolls, so a plain Huge can out-earn a Rainbow Normal.

Mutations

Core loop · 4 steps

Take. Carry. Crack. Upgrade.

The loop is short on purpose. Everything interesting happens at the nest, when you decide whether the coin in front of you is worth the run back, and at the crack, when you find out what it actually was.

    Take

A guardian sleeps beside every nest in every biome. Take the coin quietly, and remember that later zones keep much stronger guardians than Testnet does.

  2. 02

    Carry

Run it home. A heavier coin slows you down, so enough Speed to get into a biome is not always enough to get back out with what you took from it.

    bigger coin, slower run
  3. 03

    Crack

The crack rolls the pet, its rarity tier, its size and a chance at a mutation. Size and colour roll separately, and colour is the cosmetic one.

  4. 04

    Upgrade

Each cracked pet pays income per second. That income buys the next treadmill step and the next trail, which is the only route to the biome after this one.

    income buys Speed

Speed · treadmill x trail

Speed is one addition and one multiplication.

Every treadmill tier adds a fixed amount of Speed per step, from the free Base treadmill at +2 up to Hacker at +500. The equipped trail then multiplies that gain, from Grey at 1.5x up to the 7x Secret trail. Only one trail can be equipped at a time, and at the end of it all is a biome gate you have to beat.

  • Treadmill steps add. Base +2 per step for free, Sci-Fi +5 at 15K, and up through Flame, Celebrity, Golden, The Freeze and Lucky Block to Hacker +500.
  • The trail multiplies. Grey 1.5x for 100 coins, Green 2x, Blue 2.5x, Purple 3x, Golden 3.5x, Red 4x, Galaxy 5x, Secret 7x at 500B.
  • A biome gate is one-way arithmetic. Enough Speed to enter a zone is not necessarily enough to get back out of it carrying a big coin.
  • Guardians scale with the gate. Mempool is a swan. The 20B endgame zone, Satoshi's Vault, keeps three guardians between you and the exit.

Rarity ladder · Common to Divine

Ten tiers, and Divine at the top.

Rarity is set per coin, not per biome. Every zone has a floor and a ceiling, Divine only turns up in the last zones and in the Rift event, and the ten cards below run from the bottom of the ladder to the top.

One card per rarity tier, low to high. Divine is the highest tier and the only one with a cracked badge.

    Treadmill and trail tiers

    Eight treadmill steps, eight trails.

Treadmills set the Speed you gain per step and are bought with income. Trails multiply that gain, and exactly one can be equipped at a time. The first ladder is the treadmill table; the second is the trail table.

Coin database · filter and search

    Every coin, by biome.

Zones hold between seven and eighteen coins each and the Rift event holds twenty-two, from BLAST at Common all the way to BTC at Divine. Filter by rarity, search by coin, biome or guardian, then sort the table. Event coins never spawn in a normal nest: they come from the Store or from events such as Admin Abuse.

    Field manual · 10 sections

    Take An Coin, in full.

The rules as one reference: what a run is, what a coin can roll, the two speed tables, the weight maths, the rarity ladder and the biome order.

    01Abstract

Take An Coin is a round-based game on Roblox in which players take coins from nests guarded by sleeping pets, carry them back to their own base, and crack them into coins that generate earnings per second. It went live on 25 July 2026 and quickly became one of the most-played experiences on the platform by concurrent players.

That income is spent on pens, treadmills and trails. Treadmill steps add Speed, the equipped trail multiplies it, and Speed is what unlocks the next biome. The loop is short and the reward is legible, which is why the servers stay full: every nest resets on a five-minute timer, so a zone you clear is already refilling behind you.

    02Premise

Twelve biomes are arranged as a ladder rather than a map to wander. Testnet asks for no Speed at all, Mempool asks for 900, and the last zone, Angels & Demons, asks for 20B. Each biome carries its own coin list, running from a floor rarity to a ceiling rarity, and the ceiling rises as the gate does.

A guardian sleeps beside every nest in every zone. Approach quietly, take the coin, and get out: a bigger coin is heavier, and being caught means dropping it for whoever is behind you. Later biomes keep much stronger guardians, and the endgame zone keeps three.

    03Core loop

    1. Take - lift a coin from a nest in any biome you can enter, past the guardian sleeping beside it.
    2. Carry - run it back to your own base. The bigger the coin, the heavier it is and the slower you move.
    3. Crack - the coin becomes a pet, and the crack rolls its rarity tier, its size and a chance at a mutation.
    4. Earn - every cracked pet pays income per second, which is the only currency in the game.
    5. Upgrade - income buys treadmills and trails. Treadmill steps add Speed; the equipped trail multiplies it.
    6. Repeat - the next biome needs more Speed, and every nest refills every five minutes, so another run is always waiting.

    04The crack

One coin rolls four separate things: which pet it holds, the rarity tier of that pet, its size, and whether a mutation lands. Size and colour are independent rolls, so the same pet can crack as a plain Giant or as a Rainbow Normal. Coin colour is purely cosmetic and never changes income; shape, size and mutation are the parts that move the number.

Golden2.5x4 in 10012.5xCrack roll, gold texture
Silver1.2x6 in 1006xCrack roll, metallic sheen

Sizes and mutations multiply rather than add, which is where the big numbers come from: a Rainbow Huge is 100 x 3.5 x 5 = $1,750/s, or 17.5 times the pet's base rate. Spirit Bloom (2.5x, from the Sakura Incubator) and Bloom (1.25x, from the Sakura event) round out the list.

    05Treadmill and trail

Speed comes from two places and nowhere else. The treadmill decides what one step is worth, and every treadmill is bought with income rather than Robux. The trail multiplies that gain, and only one trail can be equipped at a time, so the trail choice is the bigger of the two decisions.

    TreadmillSpeed per stepRarity

    Sci-Fi+5Uncommon, 15K
    Flame+12Rare, 250K
    Celebrity+30Epic, 5M
    Golden+80Legendary, 120M

The ladder carries on to The Freeze (+100, 3B), Lucky Block (+200, 75B) and Hacker (+500, Secret tier, cost not listed). Newer treadmills exist in game, including an Angelic badge, but the ladder stops at Hacker. The trail ladder runs Grey 1.5x for 100, Green 2x for 5k, Blue 2.5x for 75k, Purple 3x for 1.5M, Golden 3.5x for 30M, Red 4x for 750M, Galaxy 5x for 20B and Secret 7x for 500B.

    06Size, weight and income

Each pet has a hidden base weight tied to its base income, so size feeds straight into money per second. Normal, Giant and Huge are the three sizes, and the size roll is independent of the colour roll, which means a plain Huge and a Rainbow Huge are different events.

Above 125x its base weight a pet switches to diminishing returns, at an exponent of 2/5. In practice that reads as roughly 17x base value at 100x base weight, roughly 23x at 200x and roughly 45x at 1000x.

Size or weightIncome multipleHow it applies
Normalx1Base size, no change to income
Giantx3Rolled at crack, separately from colour
Hugex5Heaviest of the three, so it slows the carry most
    Weight above 125x base2/5Diminishing returns: exponent 2/5, times 125^(13/60)

    07Nests and resets

Every coin in the game comes out of a nest, and every nest resets every five minutes. That timer is the reason a server is never short of runs: a zone you have already cleared is filling up again while you spend your income on Speed.

    • Reset: five minutes, per nest, in every biome.
    • Event coins: the Brainrot, Monster and Rift groups never spawn in a normal nest. They come from the Store or from events such as Admin Abuse.
    • The Rift group is the largest event group, with 22 coins including six Event-tier dragon coins.
    • Caught? The coin drops where you are tagged and the next player can pick it up, so the carry is the whole risk.

    08Rarity ladder

    • Common and Uncommon fill the early nests, where the cheapest coins sit: BLAST, SAGA, STORJ, LRC, JOE and TAIKO among them.
    • Rare to Legendary is the middle of the ladder and the ceiling of most early zones. Testnet tops out at Rare with SKL.
    • Mythic, Cosmic, Secret and Eternal are the late zones: Liquidation, Genesis Block, Diamond Hands and Satoshi's Vault.
    • Divine is the top of the ladder and the only tier with a cracked badge.
    • Divine coins are BTC, ETH, BNB, XRP, SOL, TRX and ZEC, and all seven sit in Satoshi's Vault.

    09The twelve biomes

Each zone has one guardian beside its nests and one Speed gate to enter it. In order: Testnet (no gate, Chicken), Mempool (900, Swan), Alt Season (10K, Scorpion), Bull Run (40K, Tiger), Bear Trap (170K, Yeti) and Halving (700K, Cerberus).

The back half of the ladder is Leverage (2.5M, Moby), Liquidation (18M, T-Rex), Whale Vault (700M, Cosmic Skeleton), Genesis Block (2.5B, Oni Tiger), Diamond Hands (7B, Gorilla King) and Satoshi's Vault (20B, with ArchAngel, World Burner and Aetheron all guarding the same zone).

    10Where the coins come from

    Group 01 · biome nests

    Biome coins

The twelve nests hold the bulk of the database, from Testnet's eight up to Satoshi's Vault' eighteen.

    Group 02 · reset

    Five-minute refill

Every nest resets on a five-minute timer, which is what keeps a server busy with runs all session.

    Group 03 · Rift event

    The Rift group

The largest event group at 22 coins, from BAL at Common up to TAO at Eternal.

    Group 04 · event

    Brainrot and Monster

Two more event groups that never spawn in a normal nest. Both come from the Store or from events such as Admin Abuse.

    Group 05 · Event tier

    Six dragon coins

The Rift group carries six Event-tier coins: TWT, XEC, RVN, DGB, XVG and XNO.

    Group 06 · the table

    128 coins, twelve biomes

Every coin sits in one biome, with a floor and a ceiling for that biome. Event coins are the exception and never spawn in a nest.

    Questions

The ones that always come first.

    Is this an official site?

Yes. This is the official site of the Take An Coin Roblox experience: the map's twelve biome gates, the ten-tier rarity ladder, every coin and both speed tables, in one place.

    Do coin colours change income?

No. Coin colour is cosmetic and never touches income. Shape, size and mutation are what multiply it, and size and colour roll separately, so a plain Huge can earn more than a Rainbow Normal.

    How often do coins reset?

Every five minutes, in every biome. Event coins are the exception: the Brainrot, Monster and Rift groups never spawn in a normal nest and come from the Store or from events such as Admin Abuse.

    What is the highest rarity?

Divine, the tenth tier, and the only tier with a cracked badge. BTC, ETH, BNB, XRP, SOL, TRX and ZEC are the Divine coins, all seven of them in Satoshi's Vault.

How do I get more Speed?

Buy treadmill steps with income, then equip a trail to multiply the gain; only one trail works at a time. Remember that enough Speed to enter a biome is not always enough to get back out with a big coin.

Is the preview on this page the real game?

No. The hero plays a trailer. Nothing here is playable: this is a reference site, so you can read the ladder before farming it.
